Building services design consultancy, Whitecode Design Associates, is pleased to announce it has been selected for the Procure Partnerships Framework (PPF), an initiative established to support public sector bodies to procure construction contractor partners.

Divided into regions, the framework will offer greater flexibility and simplification in terms of public sector procurement. The PPF will allow customers to create bespoke tender events which meet their needs, enabling cost and time savings, and immeasurable social value.

Whitecode has been appointed as a supplier for MEP design in the east of England and sustainability in the east of England and London. This four-year term will open-up numerous opportunities for Whitecode, particularly on projects outside of the capital.

Members of the new framework will have access to contracts valued from £1m up to £25m-plus and covering a wide range of public construction projects including educational institutions; emergency services; the NHS; local authorities; social housing; housing associations; libraries and museums; the Ministry of Defence and other Government departments.

Speaking on the news, Alex Hill, Managing Director of Whitecode, said: “We are delighted to learn that Whitecode is part of this landmark framework and excited to be involved with the country’s investment in modern, sustainable and energy efficient practices”.

As a company that eagerly looks forward to its bright future and new developments, Whitecode is very proud and humbled to be selected for the PPF. The news arrives just a month or so after Alex Hill was named as the company’s new owner, meaning that for Whitecode this year is proving to be a better than initially expected. Exciting times are definitely on the horizon.
