WDA are involved in the restoration of this iconic Grade II listed building which will revive the local community by providing a new arts centre, co-working/flexible workspaces, a cinema, restaurants/cafes and versatile event spaces.  A new Boutique hotel with rooftop bar is also planned with a further 146(No.) residences within the grounds of the town hall across 2 newly-built blocks, a mews building and a carefully restored Broadway annex.


WDA have been appointed to provide full M&E design for residential, commercial and potentially the energy centre, CAT A for the hotel and non-residential areas and Shell & Core for the restaurant and cinema as well as Utilities and Sustainability consultancy services.
